Global equipment and solutions
Ferro broadens the offer made available to Ferpinta Group customers. As well as selling steel tubes, Ferro has brought a full range of carbon steel products to the marketplace. That is how we have ensured that we give our customers global solutions capable of meeting any needs.
Our system also allows us to provide oxy-cutting, longitudinal and transverse cutting services for flat products and a tailor-made service for pipes and both commercial and structural beams.

Founding of the Group's parent company, FERPINTA S.A., with headquarters in Carregosa, by Commander Fernando Pinho Teixeira.

Founding of the Commercial Ferpinta group, the Group’s distribution unit and its first warehouse, which was in Ovar.

Extension of the Commercial Ferpinta group through construction of the new warehouse in Torres Novas.

The company brakes into the agricultural sector with the acquisition of the largest European producer of agricultural semi-trailers - Herculano, Alfaias Agrícolas S.A.

Foundation of FERPINTA Mozambique, S.A.R.L., the Group’s production and distribution unit for the PALOP (Portuguese-Speaking African Countries).

Diversification of investments into the PALOP (Mozambique) areas of agricultural exploitation, through founding SAPAP.

The company breaks into the tourism sector with the inauguration of the tourist development Vila Baleira Paradisus, Resort & SPA, in Porto Santo – Madeira.
